Nitrogen reflow |

further improved to meet your quality requirement.
- By filling reflow oven with nitrogen to reduce oxygen concentration
in the reflow oven, thereby to suppress oxidation of components and
increase soldering connectivity, resulting in achievement of reliable
soldering.
- We provide various proposals in accordance with your need, including
industrial substrates for which reliability is essential.
